Welcome to Your Email Team. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By purchasing a product or accessing any part of our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Your Email Team is an ecommerce email marketing service that provides custom Klaviyo email campaigns and flow builds. We offer a pay-per-email model with no ongoing contracts or subscriptions.

We offer:

  • One-off email campaigns (strategy, copy, design, Klaviyo-ready)

  • Email flow builds (multi-email sequences like Welcome, Abandon Cart, Post-Purchase, etc.)

  • Optional add-ons including Klaviyo setup, SMS versions, and popup design


    All services are custom-created by our expert team—no AI, no templates, no reuse.

3. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely at checkout via Stripe or another trusted third-party provider.

  • You must pay in full before we begin work on your order

  • No refunds will be issued once work has begun

  • If you order a bundle, you can submit briefs in stages

  • Add-ons can be selected during checkout and may affect turnaround time


    We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

    VAT is included in the price for UK customers.

4. Delivery Timeline

Turnaround times:

  • Campaign Emails: 3–5 business days for the first email after brief submission

  • Email Flows: 5–7 business days for the first flow (larger bundles may take longer)

    You'll be notified of expected delivery time after we receive your completed brief.

5. Brief & Revisions

After checkout, you'll receive an onboarding form. It is your responsibility to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Respond promptly if clarification is needed


    Each service includes an unlimited round of revisions. Additional changes beyond that may incur an extra charge. Once approved, no further revisions can be made.

6. Klaviyo Access & Add -Ons

If you choose an automation setup add-on, we may require temporary access to your Klaviyo account to:

  • Upload and schedule campaigns  Build and activate flows

  • Apply A/B tests or logic triggers


    We treat your account and data with strict confidentiality.

7. Ownership & Usage

You retain full rights to the emails, designs, and copy we create for your brand.

We reserve the right to showcase anonymised versions of our work (e.g. email designs or results) in our portfolio or marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our services, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including (but not limited to) changes of mind, campaign performance, or unused services.

Once an order is placed and your brief is submitted, work begins and the payment is non-refundable.

If you're unhappy with the first draft, you're entitled to an unlimited round of revisions as outlined in your package. We're committed to making sure your final deliverable meets the agreed brief. Once approved, no further revisions can be made.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our site—text, images, branding, and visual assets—is the intellectual property of Your Email Team and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Any lost revenue due to delays in content approval or email send times

  • Poor performance caused by list quality, audience targeting, or incorrect implementation

  • Errors resulting from changes made after delivery without our input

    Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the specific service in question.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our site and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
